I JUST PURCHASED MY 3RD BOAT FROM YANKEE AND AS ALWAYS IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THE YANKEE BOAT TEAM PROVIDES IS LIKE NO OTHER IT IS TRUELY SERVICE WITH A SMILE. YOU CAN TELL WHEN YOU TALK TO EVERY EMPLOYEE THIS IS A REAL FAMILY COMPANY THAT TAKES CARE OF ITS CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. BRIAN GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL ON THE NEW BOAT AS WELL AS MY TRADE AND I FELT HE WORKED REALLY HARD TO SEE ME AND FAMILY IN THE RIGHT BOAT FOR OUR SUMMER FUN.

These guys here are hands down the best in the business. They are great with 1st time boat owners like myself and not only service the boat but teach you the ropes. They treat you like a friend, and do whatever they can to meet your needs. I had a problem and needed a quick fix that normally would take a week to 10 days and they got me back in the water in less than 48 hours! Brian MacDuff, the sales manager, still is there for you months after the sale. Kate Alexander, the service manager, is great at explaining everything in a way that a new boat owner can understand. The entire team at Yankee Boat goes the extra nautical mile, every time!

The staff at the Yankee Boating Center were awesome. They are extremely friendly, and go over everything that you need to know before you leave the dock. Their boats are in great condition. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone that I know, that is going to the Lake George area.

Yankee boat staff, especially Matteas were super. Shortly after leaving the dock with our pontoon boat rental we were forced to return due to a medical emergency. The staff immediately rendered first aid and subsequently planned for our visit to a local health care provider. Yankee boat then offered us several options for continuing our rental. We decided to resume our rental the next day which was great The availability of rentals is pretty scarce at this time of year and Yankee boat worked it out for us so that we were able to enjoy a day on the lake. Thanks to all at Yankee boat.

What can I say about Yankee? I have an old wood Chris Craft 22 foot boat that had a bilge pump problem when I was away. The boat filled up with water and flooded the engine. I had to get it off the lake before there was damage to the lake. I called Yankee and they came later that same afternoon and got it off the lake. It was the middle of August and Yankee was very busy. BUT they were there for me. Andrew, Albert, and Kate took care of me. They cleaned it, repaired it, and had it back in the water in a short time. Its nice to know that no matter what, in an emergency Yankee will be there.Thanks again Andrew, Albert, and Kate

Top notch service. I needed a cover for a Premier pontoon, and was having trouble getting it from the only Premier dealer in Canada. Thanks to the staff at Premier, I was contacted by Dave at Yankee, who went the extra mile to make sure all the extra's for the cover were included, and got it out to me as soon as they received it. Considering I'm in Canada, didn't buy the boat from them, I was pleasantly surprised at the professional and courteous service I received.

We have purchased a new Lund and 3 new Monterey SS boats over the years, the last a 298SS. This all adds up to an enjoyable boating experience, we never worry about great timely service, and therefore have great time on beautiful Lake George! Just bought my first boat and I couldn't be happier with the purchase! Brian Macduff was a pleasure to work with. He offered a really good deal without having to haggle over the price and answered all our questions without making us feel stupid. They delivered what they promised , when the promised. We recently rented a boat from here and they were awesome. we arrived one afternoon and took a shot at renting a boat even though we knew the chances of getting one were slim. They went out of there way and were able to rent us a boat and get us underway immediately. They made our day. The office manager was great and so was everyone else we dealt with that day. the process was seamless. we can't thank them enough. We will definitely be returning customers next year.

Monterey 204FSX sport boat. Your recommendation of that particular model turned out to be

exactly what we wanted in a family boat. We spent many enjoyable, trouble-free hours in the

boat last summer and look forward to more of the same in the summer ahead. In the service

department, your personnel were knowledgeable and helpful in responding to service

requests, which they also handled promptly. An added convenience Yankee offers is the

availability and easy access to fuel at the service center's dock. Finally, Yankee's end-of

season servicing and storage made dealing with Yankee again a convenient and easy way to

go in owning a boat on Lake George

Thank you Yankee Boating, for making my recent Monterey 264FS purchase a pleasant experience. I first saw the boat at the Sarasota, FL boat show. After shopping around I found my best deal at Yankee in Lake George, where I vacation every summer. I had many questions for salesman Chris Connely before nailing down the final configuration. His attitude and response time was great. By the time I took delivery and resolved a few minor new boat issues, I felt that I was part of the Yankee / Brodie family. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. Its comforting to know that if I need service when I get back to Lake George in 2014 their service department will do a professional job and get me back on the lake quickly.

In 2012 I purchased a new Monterey 28 Foot Sport Cruiser from Yankee Boating Center in Albany and absolutely love the boat. I moved up to the cruiser from a pontoon boat so it was quite a step. The sales and service team have been simply fantastic to deal with. Mike Lennon dealt with me honestly and without pressure during the sale and offered me everything I needed to make the right boating choice for myself and my family. The service is second to none as well and Steve Hart was always there to answer any question or concern I had regardless of how minor it was. Their knowledge and certified training is very impressive and you feel 100% comfortable handing them the keys in the fall to take the boat out of the water for winterizing and storage. Their prices are very fair and competitive. It has been a great experience for our family getting to know and dealing with Steve and Mike at Yankee.

We have been doing business with the Brodie Family from Yankee Marina for 8 years. In that time they have skillfully and dependably navigated us through the purchase, maintenance, and storage of two boats. They have made owning a boat and all that comes with that a very easy process. And is one of many reasons why our time on Lake George remains magical and a place where we go to relax and recharge.
