Consent:

By reading the below rates and selecting these services, I am authorizing Yankee Marine Group LLC (DBA Yankee Boating Center) to service and/or store my boat. I acknowledge that I am to maintain insurance coverage while the boat is stored at Yankee, which is primary and sole remedy for both Liability and hull damage occurring while watercraft is in the care of Yankee ,with the exception of damage resulting from negligence on the part of Yankee. Yankee does not assume any liability for theft, fire, termite , rodent, or weather-related damage to the boat, trailer, or accessories. Yankee shall not be responsible for freeze damage to boats made available for pick up or winterization after October 31 or first freeze. I agree that all charges accrued under the terms of this contract shall give Yankee a valid lien upon the boat and that no boat shall be removed from Yankee's premises until all charges are fully paid. Yankee reserves the right to remove any boat from inside storage after April 30. I have read and understand this information and authorize Yankee to use any necessary parts/supplies to perform all work.By acknowledging these terms below and with the electronic signature, I agree to and am bound to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
